SGR Counsels Radiant Systems in Public Offering

ATLANTA (September 17, 2010) -- Smith, Gambrell & Russell advised client Radiant Systems, Inc. in its underwritten public offering of 5,397,925 shares of common stock at a public offering price of $17.00 per share. In the offering, completed September 15th, Radiant sold approximately 3.5 million shares, with the remainder sold by certain selling stockholders.

Terry Schwartz was lead counsel. Jeff Bekiares, Jeff Hatchew and Lorna Virts were also part of the SGR team.

Net proceeds to Radiant Systems are expected to be approximately $56.4 million. The company plans to use the funds to pay down the outstanding balance under the revolving portion of its credit facility, to finance working capital requirements, and for general corporate purposes, including potential acquisitions.
