Kenneth M. Kirschner is Counsel in the Corporate Practice of Smith, Gambrell & Russell, LLP.
Mr. Kirschner’s main practice areas are corporate, corporate governance, finance, mergers and acquisitions and other business transactions.

Prior to the formation of that firm in 2001, Mr. Kirschner was a partner in Holland & Knight, LLP and, subsequently, Of Counsel to LeBoeuf, Lamb, Greene & MacRae, LLP in Jacksonville, Florida. Prior to 1998, Mr. Kirschner was a Partner with Kirschner, Main, Graham, Turner & Demont, also of Jacksonville, Florida. Since 2002, he has served as a Director of Florida Physicians Insurance Company (FPIC) Insurance Group, Inc., a publicly-owned medical professional liability company based in Jacksonville. He currently serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors.
Mr. Kirschner received his B.A. degree from Lehigh University. He earned his J.D. degree from New York University. Mr. Kirschner is a member of the New York and Florida Bar Associations.
