About Kenneth

Kenneth Kirschner’s main practice areas are corporate, corporate governance, finance, mergers and acquisitions and other business transactions. He was selected for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America® and in Chambers USA in 2008 and 2009.

Kenneth is also a shareholder of Kirschner & Legler, P.A. Prior to the formation of that firm in 2001, Kenneth was a partner in Holland & Knight, LLP and, subsequently, Of Counsel to LeBoeuf, Lamb, Greene & MacRae, LLP in Jacksonville, Florida. Prior to 1998, Kenneth was a Partner with Kirschner, Main, Graham, Turner & Demont, also of Jacksonville, Florida. Since 2002, he has served as a Director of Florida Physicians Insurance Company (FPIC) Insurance Group, Inc., a publicly-owned medical professional liability company based in Jacksonville. He currently serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors.
