ATLANTA (January 29, 2019) – Smith, Gambrell & Russell, LLP (SGR) is pleased to announce that the firm served as legal counsel to Georgia Pain and Wellness Center, a medical management services organization, in its acquisition by Fulcrum Equity Partners, an Atlanta-based growth equity firm focused on providing expansion capital to rapidly growing technology and healthcare companies.
