IACC members elected its Board of Directors at the Annual Membership Meeting on Thursday, April 12, 2018.
Danila Duo is Counsel in SGR’s Corporate Practice Group and Head of the Italian Practice. Ms. Duo’s practice focuses on various aspects of corporate law with an emphasis on commercial and corporate cross-border transactions, including mergers, acquisitions and joint ventures. She also provides general legal support on an ongoing basis to Italian clients and their companies seeking to enter or expand their presence in the US and to US clients investing in Italy.
