TTL Honored at 2011 Southeastern Legal Marketing Association Your Honor Awards

ATLANTA (November 8, 2011) -- Trust the Leaders magazine, the quarterly, general interest legal publication written by Smith, Gambrell & Russell attorneys, was awarded first place in the Direct Mail Piece category of the Legal Marketing Association (LMA) Southeastern Chapter Your Honor Awards announced last week.

The Your Honor Awards showcase the leading designs and creative strategies from law firms throughout the southeastern United States. A panel of judges from the legal community reviewed each entry, and a winner and runner-up were awarded in each of the nine categories: Firm Image/Presentation Collateral, Firm Promotional Advertisement, Direct Mail Piece, Promotional Item, Special Event Collateral, Interactive/Electronic Media, Public/Media Relations, Social Media Initiative and Business Development Initiative.

First published in 2002 and now with more than 9,000 subscribers, Trust the Leaders was awarded the 2010 APEX Award for Publication Excellence for Most Improved Magazine/Journal and recognized as a Hermes Creative Awards Platinum Winner for 2010.

With more than 400 members, the LMA Southeastern Chapter is the largest chapter within the international organization of LMA. Members cover 10 states: Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee and Texas.
