SGR Attorneys Named 2010 Florida Super Lawyers

ATLANTA (May 26, 2010) — Two Smith, Gambrell & Russell attorneys were selected as Florida Super Lawyers for 2010.

A service of the Thomson Reuters Legal division based in Eagan, Minn., Super Lawyers is an annual jurisdictional listing of outstanding lawyers from more than 70 areas of practice with only five percent of the lawyers from any state or region included each year. Lawyers are chosen using a multiphase selection process which includes a statewide survey of lawyers, independent evaluation of candidates by the attorney-led research staff and a peer review of candidates by practice area.

Dana G. Bradford, II (General Litigation)
Dana G. Bradford, II is the Managing Partner and head of the Litigation group for the Jacksonville office of Smith, Gambrell & Russell. He handles commercial litigation of all types, including class actions, as well as insurance and products liability defense, and construction litigation. He has for many years been recognized as a Board Certified Civil Trial Lawyer by The Florida Bar Board of Legal Specialization.

Patricia J. Hill (Employment & Labor)
Patricia J. Hill is a Partner in and head of Smith, Gambrell & Russell’s Labor and Employment Law group. She has experience in all aspects of employment law, including discrimination litigation, employment contracts, employee handbooks and policies, terminations, separations, hiring practices, wage and hour issues, unemployment compensation, labor and union issues and litigation matters concerning non-compete and non-solicitation agreements. She is board certified in labor and employment in Florida.
