Florian Stamm Elected as Co-Chair of the State Bar's International Law and Practice Section

ATLANTA (May 9, 2008) -- Smith, Gambrell & Russell, LLP associate Florian Stamm was recently selected as Co-Chair of the State Bar of Georgia's Section of International Law and Practice. He previously served as Secretary of the Section. The International Law Section provides a forum for Georgia attorneys to discuss ideas related to clients within the global marketplace.

Florian Stamm is a member of the Firm's International Section. He is a German native and is active within Atlanta's German-American community. Mr. Stamm is also involved in sustainability issues having recently spoken at a renewable energy conference in Berlin, Germany in February.

SGR partner Anton Mertens served as Chair of the International Law and Practice Section two years ago.
