Securing a $14-million-dollar recovery for a corporate client on a representation and warranty policy issued in connection with a private equity acquisition valued at over $200 million.
Numerous successful efforts to establish additional insured coverage and procure a defense for manufacturing clients sued for events arising out of vendors’ acts or omissions.
Establishing coverage and procuring a defense for a timber company in suit related to silt deposits in streams and rivers.
Successful recovery of substantial insurance proceeds on behalf of a software vendor and payroll tax service provider that had been defrauded by theft committed by a third-party foreign contractor.
