Mr. Liu currently advises in the area of patent law. His background includes being a law firm partner as well as serving as in-house counsel for ARRIS (now CommScope) and as Director of Innovation and Patent Development for AT&T. He has extensive patent prosecution (procurement), litigation, and transactional expertise, and is an experienced patent developer and patent asset manager.
