Delashmit, Ethan

Before joining Smith, Gambrell & Russell as a Law Clerk, Mr. Delashmit served as a Summer Associate with the Firm. Mr. Delashmit earned his J.D. degree, from University of Georgia – Terry College of Business in 2023 where he served as co-vice president of the Business Law Society. In 2020, Mr. Delashmit received his B.B.A degree in finance, summa cum laude, from the University of Georgia.

Gross-Cassel, Jamel

Mr. Gross-Cassel previously served as a summer associate for the Firm and worked as a Judicial Extern for the U.S. District Court, Southern District of New York. Mr. Gross-Cassel earned a J.D. from Fordham University School of Law, where he served as Editor in Chief for the Fordham Journal of Corporate and Financial Law. He also earned a bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Government from the University of Dayton.

Lathouris, Nicolette

Before joining Smith, Gambrell & Russell as a Law Clerk, Ms. Lathouris served as a Summer Associate with the Firm. Ms. Lathouris earned her J.D. degree from Fordham University School of Law where she served as a member of the Fordham Urban Law Journal. She received her B.A. degree, cum laude, from Emory University in 2018. In her spare time, Ms. Lathouris enjoys cooking and going to the ballet.

Parker, Jackson

Mr. Parker has experience managing $100 million in projects as a project engineer, owner’s representative, and assistant project manager at construction firms in the southeast. These projects included athletic, education, industrial, and multifamily facilities. Mr. Parker previously served as a summer associate for the Firm. Mr. Parker holds a J.D. from Samford University, where he served as Editor in Chief of the American Journal of Trial Advocacy, and was a member of the Air and Space Law Society. He also earned a bachelor’s degree in Building Construction Science from Mississippi State University.
