Jessica Williams is an Associate in the Litigation Practice of Smith Gambrell Russell LLP.
Her practice focuses on general and complex commercial litigation, including contract disputes, insurance coverage actions, and commercial torts.
Ms. Williams received her B.A. from the University of Florida with a double major in Political Science and Criminology in 2017. She went on to earn her J.D., cum laude, from the University of Florida Levin College of Law in 2020. During law school, Ms. Williams served as a Managing Editor for the Florida Law Review, where she was selected for publication. She also served as an executive board member for UF Law’s LGBTQIA+ organization and a teaching assistant for Constitutional Law courses. Ms. Williams was a summer associate at Smith, Gambrell & Russell in 2019 and continued her work for the firm as a law clerk during her final year of law school. She was the recipient of the First Amendment Law and Trademark Law book awards.
