Mr. Wheeler’s practice concentrates in the areas of commercial litigation matters, involving insurance matters and class actions, and employment based immigration. He also has prior experience in eDiscovery, counseling start-ups and forming companies, advising clients with obtaining long-term estate planning goals, and litigation in probate courts and other civil matters.
Mr. Wheeler received his undergraduate degree in Business Administration from Flagler College in 2011, where he served as President of the Student Government Association. Mr. Wheeler received his J.D. and the Business Law Certificate from Florida Coastal School of Law in 2014. During law school, he was a founding member of the school’s Business and Entrepreneurial Law Clinic, a member of the Student Professional Development Committee, and received the book award in Business Development.
Mr. Wheeler is admitted to practice in Florida and the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida. In his spare time, he assists the Jacksonville Area Legal Aid and volunteers at his church.
