Dan Rohleder serves various clients in corporate and transactional matters, with an emphasis on commercial aircraft transactions.
Previously, Mr. Rohleder served as Director – Acquisitions for Delta Material Services (a subsidiary of Delta Air Lines) in Atlanta, Georgia, where he developed and executed global strategies on behalf of Delta for the acquisition of green-time assets and serviceable material to support the needs of Delta and its MRO customers. He has experience providing commercial and contracting support in domestic and cross-border (including the Americas, Europe, and Asia) transactions relating to the sale, purchase, lease, consignment, maintenance, storage, and teardown, of aircraft and aircraft engines.
Mr. Rohleder received his B.B.A. in Finance from the University of Texas at Austin where he was also a member of the Men’s Swimming and Diving Team. He later earned his J.D. from the University of Texas at Austin, where he completed internships with the District Attorney’s Office of both Tarrant and Travis counties, and the Environmental Protection Division of the Texas Attorney General’s Office.
