Harison Puder is an Associate in the Corporate and Mergers and Acquisitions Practices of Smith Gambrell & Russell. Mr. Puder represents domestic and international clients in a wide variety of corporate and transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions.

Before joining the Firm, Mr. Puder was a Legal Extern at the Fulton County Business Court, where he conducted legal research, reviewed motions, and drafted Legal Opinions. He also served as a Legal Coordinator at The Lex Fellowship.

Mr. Puder earned his Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Finance as well as a Legal Certificate from The University of Georgia and his Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Emory University School of Law with Honors. He served as the Symposium Editor for Emory Bankruptcy Developments Journal.
