Ms. Nicotra practices in the areas of general business and corporate law, intellectual property law, and commercial real estate law, including real estate purchase and sale, financing, and leasing.
Ms. Nicotra received her B.S., with honors, from Florida State University with a major in Criminology and a minor in Spanish. She earned her J.D. degree, cum laude, from the University of Florida Levin College of Law. Before law school, Ms. Nicotra worked as legislative aide in the Florida Senate. During law school, Ms. Nicotra served as the President of the Florida Moot Court Team, a Teaching Assistant for the Legal Research and Trial Practice courses, and a summer associate at Smith, Gambrell & Russell, LLP. In her final year of law school, Ms. Nicotra received the Dean’s Leadership Award for her outstanding service to the University of Florida Levin College of Law community. She was also the recipient of the Trial Practice, Consumer Law, and Moot Court book awards.
Ms. Nicotra enjoys assisting with the Jacksonville Area Legal Aid’s Tenant/Landlord Pro Bono Project.
