Molly Little

Molly Little is a doctoral candidate at Emory University where she is studying Biochemistry, Cell, and Developmental Biology. In her laboratory research, she leads projects on small molecule drug development and building structure-function relationships for proteins, focused on finding clinical relevance. Molly has researched the role of an RNA-binding protein in Huntington’s disease, the role of the protein structure in Metabolic Dysfunction-Associated Steatotic Liver Disease and the regulation of nuclear receptors with endogenous ligands.

Molly earned her undergraduate degree at George Washington University, where she majored in Chemistry and Neuroscience and minored in Psychology, Astronomy, and Astrophysics. Molly was on the Dean’s List for 3 straight years and earned multiple academic scholarships.
