James P. Lambe is a Partner in the Global Transport Practice of Smith, Gambrell & Russell, LLP.
Mr. Lambe represents and counsels clients in connection with a wide variety of structured finance transactions, including mortgage financings, operating leases, export credit agency supported financings and U.S. leveraged leases. He handles matters related to aircraft, aircraft equipment, locomotives and rolling stock.
Mr. Lambe has represented a wide variety of lenders, lessors and airlines, and has served as in-house counsel for the Export-Import Bank of the United States and United Airlines. He has advised clients in connection with several bankruptcy proceedings and restructuring transactions, and has extensive experience with the sale, purchase and consignment of aircraft and aircraft equipment.
Mr. Lambe received his B.B.A. degree in Finance from the University of Notre Dame in 1996. He earned his J.D. degree from DePaul University College of Law in 2000.
