Amy S. Heppner is a Counsel in the Executive Compensation and Employee Benefits Practice of Smith, Gambrell & Russell, LLP.
Ms. Heppner focuses her practice on employee health and welfare benefits. She provides clients with practical advice on how to comply with the myriad of laws that impact these plans such as ERISA, HIPAA, ADEA, ADA, federal tax law, and various state laws. She also represents clients before the DOL, IRS, HHS and other federal agencies.

Ms. Heppner received her B.A., magna cum laude, from the University of Louisville in 1997, and her J.D. at the University of Kentucky College of Law in 2000. She is admitted to the State Bar of Georgia.
