Prior to joining SGR, Mr. Harvey was a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Robert Kirsch in the New Jersey Superior Court. In this role, Mr. Harvey conducted legal research and prepared memoranda regarding the admissibility of evidence, motions to dismiss, motions to withdraw guilty pleas, petitions for post-conviction relief, and expungements.
Mr. Harvey received his J.D. from Cornell Law School, where he was an article editor of the Cornell Journal of Law and Public Policy and competed in multiple moot court and mock trial competitions. Mr. Harvey held roles as a research assistant and as a clinic intern in the Cornell Non-Jury Trial Practicum and Cornell Labor Law Clinic. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Public Affairs with highest distinction from Indiana University.
