Ms. Fournier’s diverse portfolio includes business litigation, professional malpractice, shareholder disputes, contract disputes, and other complex commercial matters in both state and federal court.

Prior to joining SGR, Ms. Fournier was a partner at Figliulo & Silverman, and prior to that, an attorney at Henderson Parks, LLC, where she practiced criminal defense, civil rights, and commercial litigation, and tried numerous criminal and civil cases to verdict. Out of law school, she served as a fellow at Cabrini Green Legal Aid, where she practiced criminal and juvenile defense. Ms. Fournier has extensive dispositive motion and state and federal appellate experience and has argued before the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals. She has been recognized by Leading Lawyers as an Emerging Lawyer, which designation represents the top 2% of lawyers in Illinois under 40 years old or practicing less than 10 years, and was profiled in Leading Lawyers Magazine in 2020.

Ms. Fournier earned her bachelor’s degree from University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and her Juris Doctorate from The University of Chicago Law School.
