Nicholas P. Flint is an Associate in the Corporate Practice Group of Smith, Gambrell & Russell, LLP.
Mr. Flint represents domestic and international clients on a variety of corporate and transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture financing, corporate governance, and securities law. His experience includes transactions involving asset and stock purchases, commercial leasing, and the sale of debt and equity securities.
Mr. Flint received a B.S.B.A. in Marketing, with highest honors, from the Georgia Institute of Technology in 2014. He earned his J.D. degree, cum laude, from the University of Georgia School of Law in 2017. During law school, Mr. Flint served as an Online Editor for the Georgia Law Review, competed and coached on the Georgia Law Moot Court team, volunteered his legal services to local startups and entrepreneurs through the UGA Business Law Clinic, and completed a corporate counsel externship with The Home Depot, Inc.
