Andrew J. Dugué is an Associate in the Litigation Practice of Smith, Gambrell & Russell, LLP.
Mr. Dugué currently practices in the areas of commercial litigation involving insurance matters and class actions.
Prior to joining Smith, Gambrell & Russell, Mr. Dugué managed statewide litigation on defending client policies. He also has extensive eDiscovery experience advising Fortune 500 companies on best eDiscovery practices and technologies as well as the management of big data.
Mr. Dugué received his B.A. from Boston College in 2008, where he studied History and Sociology. During college, he joined a volunteer program where he worked with the poor and marginalized in the United States in helping build affordable housing. Mr. Dugué earned his J.D. from the University of Miami in 2013. During Law School, he interned for the Florida Third District Court of Appeal and clerked at a non-profit firm working on representing low-income communities in Miami-Dade County in matters involving tenant’s rights. Mr. Dugué is currently a member of the Florida bar.
