Danny Rhinehart is a multi-faceted business leader with three decades of legal industry experience, including leadership as a Chief Information Officer (CIO) and a Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) for some of the largest U.S. law firms. His expertise spans legal technology, cybersecurity and data privacy, mergers and acquisitions, process improvement, information governance, emerging technologies, and knowledge management, providing a comprehensive understanding of the industry.
In collaboration with the firm’s COO and other senior executives, Danny has successfully built, developed, and led IT teams that significantly enhance client services, increase productivity and efficiency, drive innovation, reduce costs, and strengthen data confidentiality. His initiatives have consistently delivered measurable improvements and fortified the firm’s technological infrastructure.
At his prior firm, he was a legal consultant and senior advisor who successfully assisted top-tier clients, including Smith Gambrell & Russell, with their technology, risk, and process improvement strategies.
