Ms. Belhomme focuses her practice on securities offerings, private equity funds and hedge fund formation. Ms. Belhomme drafts private placement memorandum provisions and prepares Form D offering documents in preparation for private placements.
Ms. Belhomme provides clients counsel on the Commodity Exchange Act, the Investment Advisors Act of 1940, the Investment Company of 1940, the Securities Act of 1933, and the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) regulation. Ms. Belhomme also reviews and advises clients on their offering prospectus disclosures.
