Tanisha Belhomme is an Associate in the Corporate and Securities practices of Smith, Gambrell & Russell, LLP.

Ms. Belhomme focuses her practice on securities offerings, private equity funds and hedge fund formation. Ms. Belhomme drafts private placement memorandum provisions and prepares Form D offering documents in preparation for private placements.

Ms. Belhomme provides clients counsel on the Commodity Exchange Act, the Investment Advisors Act of 1940, the Investment Company of 1940, the Securities Act of 1933, and the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) regulation. Ms. Belhomme also reviews and advises clients on their offering prospectus disclosures.

Ms. Belhomme earned her B.A., magna cum laude, from CUNY John Jay College of Criminal Justice and her J.D. from The George Washington University Law School.
