Mr. André’s practice focuses on a variety of areas of construction law, including arbitration, litigation, and project oversight. Mr. André advises businesses in a wide range of legal, compliance, regulatory, and strategic issues. With experience in complex disputes, Mr. André devotes his practice to helping businesses of all stripes successfully avoid disputes where possible and navigate the incumbent legal and commercial risks when disputes arise.
Mr. André frequently writes on topics relating to construction dispute resolution, construction contracting, manufacturing, trade sanctions, and other topics intersecting with the construction industry. Mr. André has been published in publications including the Atlanta Business Chronicle and SGR’s quarterly magazine, Trust the Leaders.
A proud Hoosier, Mr. André received his B.A., summa cum laude with distinction, in Political Science from Wabash College in Crawfordsville, Indiana. While at Wabash, he was elected to both Phi Beta Kappa and Lambda Pi Eta. Mr. Andre received his J.D. from the Duke University School of Law. He is a member of the State Bars of Georgia, North Carolina, and South Carolina.
