Derek Andre is an Associate in the Construction Litigation Practice of Smith, Gambrell & Russell, LLP.
Mr. Andre’s practice focuses on a variety of areas of construction law, including arbitration, litigation, and project oversight. Mr. Andre devotes his practice to helping clients successfully resolve construction disputes and avoid conflicts.
Mr. Andre received his J.D. from the Duke University School of Law. While at Duke, he served on the Duke Bar Association’s Executive Committee. He also worked as a Judicial Intern for the Honorable Mark Massa, Justice of the Indiana Supreme Court.
Mr. Andre received his B.A., summa cum laude with distinction, in Political Science from Wabash College. While at Wabash, he received the N. Ryan Shaw II Award, given to the Political Science Department’s outstanding graduating major. Mr. Andre is also a member of Phi Beta Kappa and Lambda Pi Eta.
