On Monday, August 22, Steve O’Day participated in a panel presentation on “Solar 101”, sponsored by the Community Foundation of Greater Atlanta and geared primarily for nonprofits wishing to utilize solar energy for their facilities.  Steve’s topic was “HB57, a New Solar Energy Market,” addressing the solar energy financing market created by HB57, the Georgia Solar Power Free-Market Financing Act of 2015, of which Steve was a principal drafter and negotiator.  Steve’s PowerPoint presentation can be found here.
