Smith, Gambrell & Russell Represents Israeli Company Paltop Advanced Dental Solutions in the U.S. in Merger with Keystone Dental

ATLANTA (January 10, 2019) – Smith, Gambrell & Russell, LLP (SGR) is pleased to announce that the firm served as United States legal counsel to the Israeli company Paltop Advanced Dental Solutions LTD (Paltop), an emerging dental implant company, in its agreement to merge via a stock exchange transaction with Keystone Dental Inc. (Keystone), the largest independent dental implant company in North America. The Israeli law firm of FIRON served as lead counsel for Paltop in Israel.

The merger brings together Paltop’s expertise in precision manufacturing and state-of-the-art digital dentistry solutions with Keystone’s strong industry brand and well-managed company to form a fast-growing global leader in dental implant production.
