The award was presented on November 2 at the Atlanta History Center.
Through the Deals of the Year Awards, the Atlanta Chapter of The Association for Corporate Growth® (ACG), a global professional organization with the mission of Driving Middle-Market Growth®, recognizes transactions completed from January 2016 through June 2017 that had a major impact on business in Atlanta.
