  • U.S.-German Asset Purchase: Counsel to leading German manufacturer of water filtration products in the disposition of it’s U.S. water filtration business.

  • German-German Asset Purchase: Counsel to German technology provider in the acquisition of certain assets of a French and U.S. company.

  • German-U.S. Asset Purchase: Counsel to German construction technology provider in the acquisition of assets of an U.S. company.

  • Brazilian/U.S.-Japanese Stock Purchase: Counsel to Japanese seller in the disposition of a U.S. steel company.

  • Australian-U.S. Asset Purchase: Counsel to Australian buyer in the acquisition of certain assets of an U.S. company.

  • U.S.-U.S./Canadian Asset Purchase: Counsel to U.S. party in asset purchase regarding the acquisition certain assets of a Canadian company in the retail industry.

Air Transport Group Transactions

Our Air Transport Industry Group has one of longest standing aviation practices in the United States. The Group represents airlines lessors, financiers and aircraft owners in various international aircraft transactions, including direct purchases, sales and sale and leasebacks with various kinds of debt financing and leveraged and operating leases.
