This includes developing and maintaining extensive portfolios of trademark registrations, licensing trademark rights, policing the unauthorized use trademarks and litigating issues of trademark infringement and unfair competition. We help devise and institute protection and enforcement strategies that are tailored to our client’s business and the industries in which they compete.
