Paralegals
SGR places a great emphasis on hiring the best and brightest paralegals.
Most, if not all, of our paralegals have undergraduate degrees, as well as a paralegal certificates or paralegal degrees. They are dedicated, smart and confident and contribute substantially to the work of the Firm and our attorneys.
SGR paralegals are treated as professional colleagues and are hired and evaluated under the direction of the Firm's Professional Personnel Committee. The Firm uses both recruiters and a review of candidate-directed resumes to fill its available paralegal positions.
