Our salary structure will remain competitive with other leading firms in the cities where SGR maintains an office.

In addition, the Firm provides all associates with life insurance and comprehensive medical and dental insurance. We also provide each attorney with disability insurance coverage equal to 60% of salary (a significant benefit that we believe is not provided by most law firms). The Firm maintains a qualified 401(k) Plan to which each associate may contribute on a pre-tax basis. All contributions are 100% vested and are managed by the participants. Each attorney is entitled to and expected to take, two to three weeks paid vacation per year, depending upon seniority. We provide each associate with an annual account for continuing legal education courses, pay state bar dues and business license fees, and in addition, provide an annual account for professional associations, such as the American and the local bar associations.
