Initial Interviews

The Firm typically schedules on-campus interviews at a limited number of law schools for 1st year candidates and reviews resumes submitted by candidates to our recruiting coordinator after February 15th.

First year candidates may be offered the opportunity to visit the Firm while in Atlanta at his or her own expense. Because this first interview is considered an initial interview, the Firm does not pay these expenses. The interviews consist of two interviews with two teams of interviewers. The interviews last approximately 30 minutes each.

Decisions on 1st year offers generally are made on a less structured time line, but the Recruiting Committee makes such determinations as promptly as possible and timely communicates decisions to candidates.
