Hiring Criteria

The hiring criteria for first year law students are difficult to apply as most have not received their grades or know their class rank early in the Spring.

When reviewing resumes during the early Spring months, the Firm relies on undergraduate grades as well as prior employment, extra curricular activities and the overall assessment of whether a candidate has a well-rounded background and strong interpersonal skills.
