2nd Year Law Students (Fall)
One of the most important factors in the continued growth of our Firm is our ability to attract and retain the best law students. Attracting the best law students is the main focus of the Fall recruiting season.
While SGR views the Fall recruiting season as an excellent opportunity to seek out the best law students, we recongize that opportunity alone does not assure us of finding the best law students. To attract potential summer associates, SGR applies a combination of factors to our recruiting efforts, including proven academic ability, strong interpersonal skills and a record of substantial achievement. These factors assist our Recruiting Committee in targeting law students who fit within the hiring criteria, but also possess the personality, confidence and savvy to fit in and be a success.
