Toysha Flowers Sharpe

Toysha Flowers Sharpe is an Associate in the Litigation Practice of Smith, Gambrell & Russell, LLP.

Her practice is primarily focused in the area of products liability.

Ms. Sharpe has authored several articles including two for the Defense Research Institute entitled, “Is There War?: Interpreting September 11” and “Professional Liability Policies: Sexual Misconduct Limitations.”

Ms. Sharpe received her B.A. in Political Science from the University of Georgia in 1993 and earned her J.D. from the University of Georgia Law School in 1996. While at the University of Georgia, Ms. Sharpe participated in a prosecutorial clinic where she prosecuted misdemeanors in the State and Municipal Courts of Clarke County as a third year law student.
