Thomas W. Rhodes
Tom Rhodes has practiced antitrust and trade-regulation law on a national scale for more than 35 years. He is a partner and heads the Firm’s practice in antitrust and trade regulation.
His principal clients in that field have included airlines and producers of copper wire, buses, sporting goods, industrial machinery, aluminum products, motor homes, construction products, agricultural products, paper, steel, ceramics, food products, chemicals, and trade and professional associations. Mr. Rhodes has been lead counsel in large antitrust cases and has handled the antitrust side of mergers and acquisitions.
He represents a number of trade and professional associations as antitrust counsel or general counsel.
Mr. Rhodes is listed in Best Lawyers in America in Antitrust Law, annually identified as a “Superlawyer” by Atlanta Magazine and selected as a leader of the antitrust bar by Chambers & Partners’ book: America’s Leading Lawyers for Business. He is a Life Member of the American Law Institute.
He graduated from Davidson College in 1968 and the University of Virginia Law School in 1971. His wife, Ann, is a professional artist. They have two grown children.
