He represents general contractors, owners and developers in matters from garden variety to multi-million dollar complexity. His practice includes litigating in state and federal courts as well as arbitrating with the American Arbitration Association.
Mr. Kiber received his B.A. degree, magna cum laude, in Political Science from Vanderbilt University in 2003. He earned his J.D. degree from the University of Tennessee College of Law in 2006, also magna cum laude. At Tennessee, Mr. Kiber served as President of the Student Bar Association, was inducted into the Order of the Barristers and Phi Kappa Phi, and swept the awards at the Advocates Prize competition, including best oralist.
