Joseph Henry Lumpkin Chapter of the American Inns of Court
A native of Atlanta, Mr. Barton received a B.A. in history from Presbyterian College in 1986. In 1989, he earned a J.D., magna cum laude, from the University of Georgia, where he served on the Editorial Board of the Georgia Law Review and was elected to membership in the Order of the Coif.
Mr. Barton is admitted to practice in Georgia and is a member of the American Bar Association. He was also elected to membership in the Joseph Henry Lumpkin Chapter of the American Inns of Court and was selected for inclusion in Marquis Who’s Who in American Law.
