Mr. Sanders’ practice includes general commercial litigation, with a focus on antitrust, trade regulation, products liability and the False Claims Act.
A native of Mississippi, Mr. Sanders received a B.A. (Economics), cum laude, from the University of the South in 2000. He received his J.D., cum laude, from Tulane Law School in 2003, where he was a member of the Order of the Barristers, an Administrative Justice on the Moot Court Board, and an editor for the Journal of American Arbitration. While in law school, Mr. Sanders represented indigents through Tulane’s Civil Law Clinic.
Mr. Sanders is admitted to practice in Georgia. He is a member of the Antitrust Section of the American Bar Association, and the Antitrust and Litigation Sections of the Georgia State Bar. He is active in SGR’s pro bono initiatives, and received SGR’s Fellowship to Atlanta Legal Aid Society, Inc. in the fall of 2005. In 2007, Mr. Sanders was appointed to the Criminal Justice Act panel for the Northern District of Georgia.
Mr. Sanders volunteers as an Assistant Scoutmaster for Boy Scout Troop 42 of All Saints’ Episcopal Church. He is active with the McCallie and Sewanee Alumni Chapters.
