Pamela M. Brown is a member of the Firm’s Real Estate Services Department and an associate in the Jacksonville Real Estate Section of Smith, Gambrell & Russell, LLP.
Ms. Brown’s practice emphasis is on commercial real estate transactions representing clients with extensive real estate interests throughout the southeast.

- negotiation and facilitation of purchase and sale agreements and transactions representing franchisee of major restaurant chain
- facilitate acquisition of real property representing regional banking institution
- draft and negotiation of shopping center leases representing landlord and tenants interests
- draft and negotiation of loan and mortgage financing documentation representing various commercial lenders and borrowers
- alcoholic beverage licensing matters for various supermarket clientele
Ms. Brown received her B.B.A. in international business from the University of North Florida in 2001. She earned her J.D. degree in 2005 from Florida Coastal School of Law. She is a member of The Florida Bar, International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and the Urban Land Institute (ULI).
