He represents developers, owners and managers of commercial real estate as well as owners and operators in the hospitality business.
Mr. Young received his B.A. degree in political science from Trinity University in 1965. He earned his J.D. degree from Vanderbilt University in 1968.
Over a number of years, Mr. Young has worked on a myriad of different and complex real estate transactions involving development, leasing and sale of major industrial projects; purchase, operation, management and sale of fresh and salt water marinas; acquisition, sales, leasing and management of major office complexes and hospitality transactions involving sales, financing, development and operation of hotels and motels. Mr. Young frequently works on structuring and implementing real estate investments and investment vehicles for all types of commercial properties.
