He practices in the areas of securities litigation and general commercial litigation.
Mr. Rogers received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Virginia in 1998. He received his J.D., with honors, from the Emory University School of Law in 2005, where he served as Executive Managing Editor of the Emory Law Journal, which published his Comment, Community Association Law: Administrative Law as a Solution by Analogy, 53 EMORY L.J. 1457 (2004). Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Rogers served as judicial law clerk to the Honorable Stanley F. Birch, Jr. of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit in Atlanta, Georgia.
Prior to law school, Mr. Rogers served as an Armor Officer in the United States Army, stationed in Korea and at Fort Knox, Kentucky.
Mr. Rogers is a member of the State Bar of Georgia and is admitted to practice before the Georgia Supreme Court, the Georgia Court of Appeals, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, and the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia.
