Lori M. Leonardo

Lori Leonardo is an associate in the Litigation Section of Smith, Gambrell & Russell, LLP.

Ms. Leonardo’s main practice area is Securities Litigation.

Ms. Leonardo published the article “Supreme Court Declines to Award Expert Witness Fees to Prevailing Parties in IDEA Litigation” in Education Law and Policy Forum in 2007.

Ms. Leonardo received her B.S.B.A. degree, summa cum laude, in Management Information Systems from Auburn University. She earned her J.D. degree from the University of Georgia, where she was the Senior Notes Editor of the Journal of Intellectual Property.

Ms. Leonardo is a member of the State Bar of Georgia.
