Kenneth M. Kirschner

Kenneth M. Kirschner is Counsel in the Corporate Section of Smith, Gambrell & Russell, LLP.

Mr. Kirschner’s main practice areas are corporate, corporate governance, finance, mergers and acquisitions, and other business transactions.

Mr. Kirschner is also a shareholder of Kirschner & Legler, P.A. Prior to the formation of that firm in 2001, Mr. Kirschner was a partner in Holland & Knight LLP and, subsequently, of counsel to LeBoeuf, Lamb, Greene & MacRae, LLP, both law firms with offices in Jacksonville, Florida. Prior to 1998, Mr. Kirschner was a partner with Kirschner, Main, Graham, Turner & Demont, also of Jacksonville, Florida. He has served as a director of FPIC Insurance Group, Inc., a publicly-owned medical professional liability company based in Jacksonville, since 2002 and currently serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors.

Mr. Kirschner was named in Chambers USA 2008 and in Best Lawyers in America.

Mr. Kirschner received his B.A. degree from Lehigh University. He earned his J.D. degree from New York University.

Mr. Kirschner is a member of the New York and Florida Bar Associations.
