Julie A. Sebastian

Julie Sebastian is an associate in the corporate section of Smith, Gambrell & Russell, LLP.

Ms. Sebastian has substantial experience in mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance. She has represented both publicly and privately held companies and has worked with companies in a wide range of industries, including construction, heavy metals manufacturing, and technology. Her experience would be beneficial for entities entering or expanding in renewable energy, clean tech, or other sustainability-related markets.

Ms. Sebastian received her B.A., magna cum laude, from Hope College. She received her J.D. degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Tennessee College of Law where she was a member of the Order of the Coif and the Tennessee Law Review.

Ms. Sebastian is admitted to practice in the state of Georgia.
