Julie C. Miller
Julie C. Miller is an Associate in the Real Estate Practice of Smith, Gambrell & Russell, LLP.
She concentrates her practice primarily in the areas of real estate and transactional law with an emphasis on land use, zoning, planning, permitting, concurrency, developments of regional impact and community association law.
Ms. Miller is a member of the Florida Bar Environmental and Land Use Section, the Developing Leaders of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP), the Urban Land Institute (ULI), the Florida Blue Key Honor Fraternity and the University of Florida Law Alumni Council.
Prior to joining Smith, Gambrell & Russell, Ms. Miller was an assistant attorney for the Florida Department of Financial Services. Later, she served as in-house counsel for Parrish Group, Inc., a Tallahassee-based development company.
Ms. Miller received her B.A., with honors, in 2002 from the University of Florida where she was on the Dean’s List and was a member of the Florida Cicerones. She earned her J.D. from the University of Florida in 2005. During law school, she served as a representative in the John Marshall Bar Association and was elected by the law student body to serve as its President from 2004 to 2005. In 2008, she received her LL.M. in Real Property Development from the University of Miami. Ms. Miller is admitted to practice law in the states of Florida and New York.
