Her practice concentrates in environmental law, sustainability law and environmental and toxic tort litigation. Ms. Nackers’ experience includes environmental, toxic tort, products liability, insurance coverage and complex commercial litigation in both state and federal courts. She also advises clients in transactions involving environmental issues and in environmental regulatory matters, including state and federal site remediation programs.
Ms. Nackers recently co-authored an article in the prestigious Vermont Journal of Environmental Law entitled, “Wars Between the States in the 21st Century: Water Law in an Era of Scarcity,” Volume 10, Issue 2.
Ms. Nackers is a member of the Georgia Bar and is admitted to practice before the Georgia Supreme Court, the Georgia Court of Appeals and the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia.
Ms. Nackers received her B.A. degree, summa cum laude, in Speech Communication from the University of Georgia, where she participated in the Honors Program. She earned her J.D. degree in 2007 from Emory University, where she was a member of the Moot Court Society.
