Jeffery S. Hatchew

Jeff Hatchew is an associate in the Corporate Section and the newest member of the Firm’s Air Transportation Industry Group.

Mr. Hatchew’s main practice area is focused on securities, corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions and general corporate law.

Mr. Hatchew has experience in both Securities Act and Securities Exchange Act filings, other Securities and Exchange Commission compliance matters and corporate governance issues. He has represented both issuers and underwriters in public and private offerings and has represented buyers and sellers in merger and acquisition transactions.

Mr. Hatchew received his B.A. degree in Criminal Justice with a second major in Political Science from Michigan State University, where he was a member of the Golden Key International Honour Society. He earned his J.D. degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Mr. Hatchew is a member of the Georgia Bar Association.
