Joel B. Carter

Joel B. Carter is an associate in the Corporate Section of Smith, Gambrell & Russell, LLP.

Mr. Carter’s main practice areas are Mergers and Acquisitions, Securities and Banking/Financial Institutions.

Mr. Carter received his B.S. degree in History and his minor in Physics from Hendrix College in 1998, where he graduated summa cum laude and was a member of Phi Beta Kappa. He earned his J.D. degree from Vanderbilt University School of Law in 2001, where he was a member of the Phi Delta Phi Honor Society.

Mr. Carter is a member of the Georgia Bar Association.
